Closing Plenary - From Bogotá to Quito: a seat at the global table

One of the key recommendations of local and regional leaders for Habitat III is a renewed global governance system with enhanced participation of local and regional governments. In this closing plenary, speakers will discuss why it is so important for local and regional governments to have a seat at the global table and will propose concrete mechanisms to ensure that the implementation of the New Urban Agenda involves our constituency.
