Mayor of Soria, Member of the Board of FEMP, Vice President of CEMR
The 27th of March 2007, at 34, he became the youngest mayor of the capital of the Autonomous Communities. In the last municipal elections in May 2015, he again won the support of the majority of citizens getting 11 councilors on the 21 that make up the Municipal Council.
Currently, Carlos Martinez is a member of the Executive of the FEMP and vice president of the Council of European’s Municipalities and Regions. He is municipal Councilor of the city of Soria since 1999.
