Coordinator of the UCLG Committee on Social Inclusion, Participatory Democracy and Human Rights
Ms Fricaudet was born in 1981 in Courbevoie, in Paris region. She holds a Master in International and European Law by the University Paris 10 – Nanterre and a Master in International Cooperation by the University Paris 1 – Sorbonne’s Political Science Department. She has worked in the NGO sector, as coordinator of the Juristes-Solidarités NGO, which works on access to law in the Parisian periphery (2007-2010). From 2010 to 2015 was in charge of local projects with an international dimension at Nanterre City Hall (Paris metropolitan area), working on international relations, memory and inter-cultural issues through citizen projects. In that framework, she passed the civil service exams to serve as local administration senior manager. As public servant, she is on leave since 2015 to work at UCLG as Coordinator of the Committee on Social Inclusion, Participatory Democracy and Human Rights.
