Sun Kanglin, male, a native of Nanjing, Jiangsu province, was born in December 1953. He was graduated from School of Economics and Management, Beijing Union University, majoring Economic Management and joint in work in June, 1970. From January 2013, Mr Sun has been serving as Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of Beijing Municipal People's Congress.
Mr Sun also worked as Deputy Secretary of Beijing Youth Federation; Deputy Director of Culture and Education Office, the People's Government of Beijing Municipality; Vice Secretary General of Beijing Municipal Government; Director of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Sports. From February 2010 to January 2013, he served as Secretary General of Beijing Municipal Government.
